Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment via telephone, cheque payment and PayPal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. If ordering via telephone we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail.
Confirmation Of Order
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when we send you your paid invoice/statement. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Carriage is FREE within the UK only. “PLEASE NOTE” When shipping outside the UK additional shipping charges may/will be added to the final invoice according to destination. A copy of actual carriage invoice can be supplied on request.
We will normally try to send your order to you within 5 working days or sooner. International orders are generally received well under 10 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT is non applicable. Prices are as shown.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are processed via Paypal. They are not held in clear text on any part of our web site. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this option.

Simply Leather (Wales) Ltd. do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Satisfaction And Returns
If you are not satisfied with any leather items you purchase from us, please inform us within seven days of receipt of the goods. Please note, for hygiene reasons any “intimate” items such as Genital Restraints, Sex Toys, Crotch Harnesses including Pony Play Harness etc. can only be accepted for return if they are found to be faulty on delivery and have not been worn or used in any way.
We will strive to rectify any problems you might experience with your purchase as quickly as possible and continue to do so until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee on items which are returned and found not to be faulty.
